The prosecutors in the Vybz Kartel murder case have until April 23 to release the tapes to defense.
This morning in the Home Circuit Court, Justice Majorie Cole Smith ordered the prosecution to release to the defence, the tapes of the electronic recordings implicating dancehall deejay.

The police have said that they have eyewitness statements, video and audio recordings linking Vybz Kartel and his co-defendants to the killing of Clive Lizard Williams.

Vybz Kartel’s attorney, Valerie Neita Robertson, told the court she was unable to make an application for bail for her client as she yet to get a copy of the audio and video recordings.
Kartel and his co-defendants were again remanded and are expected to return to court on April 27.
